Kneipp therapy
The beginnings of the Kneipp cure go back to the priest's pupil Sebastian Kneipp. Sebastian Kneipp, the son of a weaver, fell ill with tuberculosis. He discovered the book by Dr phil. and med. Johannes Sigmund Hahn purely by chance and made use of what he had read. He dived into the ice-cold Danube in the middle of winter and then sweated out his illness in bed at home. Today, the refreshing water treatments in Kneipp facilities are also popular destinations that are often combined with a hike.
